Distinguished Colleagues,
The Electoral Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (ECNBA), on June 10, 2024, issued Guideline (No. B) for the forthcoming 2024 NBA General Elections.
This guideline indicates that candidates for elective offices may now openly campaign. Still, they must adhere to the Campaign Rules and Regulations stipulated in the Guidelines and the NBA Constitution 2015 (as amended in 2021).
Furthermore, the ECNBA has announced that, after a competitive bidding process, Messrs Digiterhub Ltd and Election Buddy Inc./Inits Limited have been selected as the ECNBA’s Technical Service Consultants and the Electronic Voting Platform Service Provider, respectively.
