The Nigerian Bar Association- National Officers Elections Appeal Committee (NBA-NOEAC) has issued its Guidelines for the hearing and determination of complaints by members disqualified from contesting the forthcoming NBA National elections by the Electoral Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (ECNBA).
The NBA-NOEAC has directed that “Any candidate who is disqualified by the ECNBA in respect of his nomination or candidature, may within seven days of the communication of the decision, appeal to the NBA-NOEAC.”
