The Legal Practitioners Remuneration (For Business, Legal Services and Representation) Order 2023, signed into law on the 16th day of May 2023 by the Hon l. Attorney General of the Federation and Minister for Justice in his capacity as Chairman of the Legal Practitioners Remuneration Committee as provided under S.15(3) of the Legal Practitioners Act has made extensive provisions for remuneration of Legal Practitioners for litigation.
