As part of the Nigerian Bar Association’s commitment to enhancing professionalism and accountability within the legal profession, the NBA has introduced the Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD) Rules 2025.
Under these rules, all legal practitioners are now required to earn a minimum of five (5) CPD credit hours annually to qualify for Practice License renewal.
