As part of our efforts to ensure clarity and transparency in the implementation of the Mandatory Continuing Professional Development (MCPD) programme, the Nigerian Bar Association Institute of Continuing Legal Education (NBA-ICLE) is pleased to share a guide on the allocation of CPD/CLE points across approved legal training activities.
Please find attached a summary of CPD/CLE points assigned to various activities to guide your participation and compliance.
All legal practitioners are encouraged to keep proper records of their CPD activities in line with the NBA MCPD Rules, and ensure they attain the minimum of 5 CPD points annually as required.
