NBA AGC 2025: Juma’at Prayers to Hold in Enugu on Opening Day

As part of the activities lined up for the 2025 Nigerian Bar Association Annual General Conference (NBA-AGC), Juma’at Prayers have been scheduled to hold on Friday, 22nd August 2025, at the Islamic Centre Juma’at Mosque, No. 34 Bishop Aniogu Street, Uwani, Enugu. The prayers will commence at 1:30 PM.

The Juma’at Prayers mark one of the spiritual highlights of the conference, underscoring the NBA’s commitment to inclusivity and respect for the diverse faiths of its members. It provides an opportunity for Muslim lawyers, delegates, and guests to come together in worship and reflection as the Association formally opens its annual gathering.

The 2025 AGC, themed “Stand Out, Stand Tall,” will run from 22nd to 29th August at the International Conference Centre, Enugu State. The event is expected to attract thousands of legal practitioners, thought leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders from across Nigeria and beyond.

The conference promises a robust lineup of plenary sessions, breakout discussions, networking opportunities, and side events, including faith-based engagements such as the Juma’at Prayers, which have become a tradition in fostering unity and spiritual grounding during the week-long deliberations.

Delegates are encouraged to attend and participate fully in both the intellectual and spiritual dimensions of the conference as the NBA continues to project values of excellence, integrity, and inclusiveness.
