The NBA Human Rights Activism Against Gender Based Violence: Terms and Conditions for the 2025 Award

Recall last year that, the 1st Vice President of NBA and Chairman, Human Right Institute constituted the NBA Human Rights Monitoring Committee tasked with overseeing activities and reporting outcomes of the Human Rights activities.

Also, recall that to mark the Human Rights Activism, NBA branches all over Nigeria are to participate actively in all kinds of Human Rights activities which includes advancing women’s rights, bridging gender gaps, and empowering minority groups to create an equitable and just society.

The campaign’s focus goes beyond advocacy, extending to tangible actions such as providing legal support for detainees and inmates, offering hope to the underserved, and fostering a sense of justice and dignity within society.

To encourage active participation, the NBA announced awards for branches that achieved the most significant impact during the campaign within January to October 2025.
