Dear Colleague,
The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has released the official resolutions adopted at the National Executive Council (NEC) Meeting held on Thursday, 20th November 2025, in Benin City, Edo State.
The meeting, which took place at Horatio Marquee 2, Okada Avenue, GRA, Benin, brought together National Officers, Past Presidents and General Secretaries, Branch Chairmen and Secretaries, leaders of NBA Sections and Fora, Co-opted NEC Members, Observers, and members of the press.
Following extensive deliberations on issues affecting the Bar and the nation, NEC reached a number of significant decisions now formally published for the attention of all members.
