- Instantly validate your SCN/EXM and confirm your record
- Check your registration and payment status
- Assist members who have paid but cannot locate their receipt
- Guide Virtual → Physical attendance migration (where applicable)
- Provide tailored next steps based on your specific issue
- Escalate complex cases to the support team with a tracking reference
How to Use
- Visit the AGC Registration Portal
- Click “Need Help?” or the “Support Widget”
- Follow the guided prompts
- If necessary, submit a brief complaint with your email for follow-up
The Smart Support Assistant resolves most common registration issues instantly and escalates only those requiring human interventionsignificantly improving response time and overall service delivery.
