The Supreme Court of Nigeria has officially announced the opening of the Notary Public Application Portal for eligible legal practitioners, effective 1st April 2026.
In a press release issued by the Office of the Chief Registrar, applications are to be submitted strictly online via the designated portal.
The Court further confirmed that the application window will close on 30th June 2026, with a firm warning that late submissions will not be entertained.
Members of the Nigerian Bar Association are hereby urged to take advantage of this window and ensure timely compliance with all application requirements.
