The Electoral Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (ECNBA) has called on all qualified candidates participating in the 2026 NBA General Elections to submit their respective Curriculum Vitae (CVs), Manifestoes, and other permissible campaign materials via email.
In a notice dated 30th May, 2026, and issued from the ECNBA Secretariat at NBA House, No. 9 Oro-Ago Street, Garki, Abuja, FCT, the Committee stated that the request is made pursuant to the provisions of Part III of the Second Schedule to the NBA Constitution 2015 (as amended in 2025).
According to the notice, all required documents are to be submitted electronically through the ECNBA email address: info@ecnba.org.ng.
The Committee further directed that each candidate’s CV must not exceed four (4) pages on A4 size paper. It also emphasized that manifestoes must not contain any content prohibited by the extant NBA Constitution or by the notices and guidelines previously issued concerning election campaigns.
ECNBA stated that all submissions must be received on or before Saturday, 6th June, 2026, adding that publication of the submitted documents will be subject to restrictions imposed by the Committee.
The Committee also clarified that hard copy submissions will not be accepted.
