NOTICE TO MEMBERS OF ABUJA BRANCH
The Caretaker Committee of the Abuja Branch wishes to inform all members that, following a closed-door meeting with all principal aspirants in the forthcoming election and the Electoral Committee, it has become necessary to postpone the election to a later date.
The new date for the election will be communicated to members of the Bar in due course.
We assure all members that every issue presented is being given the attention it deserves, in the overall interest of the Branch and the Bar.
The Committee remains fully committed to ensuring that a credible, transparent, and acceptable election is conducted as soon as possible. We therefore appeal to all members to remain calm, patient, and united as we work collectively towards a process that reflects the highest ideals of our noble profession.
We are confident that, at the end of this process, the Unity Bar will emerge better, stronger, and more united.
