As we celebrate this sacred occasion of Eid-el-Adha, I extend my heartfelt greetings and felicitations to all Muslim faithful, members of the legal profession, and Nigerians across the country.
Eid-el-Adha is a season that reminds us of the timeless virtues of sacrifice, compassion, obedience, love, and humanity. It is a solemn opportunity for reflection on how we can become better individuals to one another, especially in a world where many people silently carry burdens, pains, and uncertainties.
At this special time, my thoughts are particularly with children, women, the elderly, struggling families, and vulnerable members of our society who continue to face economic and social challenges. As a people, we must continue to show kindness, extend support, and uplift one another with empathy and understanding.
Eid-el-Adha teaches us that sacrifice is not only about giving material things, but also about showing patience, compassion, tolerance, and selflessness in our daily interactions.
As we celebrate, I encourage everyone to remember the less privileged, spread love to neighbours and strangers alike, and continue to pray for peace, security, justice, and progress in Nigeria.
May Almighty Allah accept our prayers and sacrifices, bless our homes with peace and happiness, and grant our nation renewed hope and prosperity.
Eid Mubarak.
