The Electoral Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (ECNBA) has published the Final List of Eligible Voters for the 2026 NBA National Officers and General Council of the Bar (GCB) Elections scheduled to hold on July 20, 2026.
According to a public notice issued by the Committee, the publication was made pursuant to its constitutional mandate under the NBA Constitution 2015 (as amended in 2025) and the Second Schedule thereto.
The ECNBA stated that the Final List was compiled from the verified voters’ register following the closure of the Verification Portal and the subsequent freezing of the register.
The voter database has been harvested and integrated into the electronic voting platform by Mikrodigital Connect, the Electronic Voting Service Provider, in collaboration with the ECNBA Technical Consultants and managers of the ECNBA website.
The Committee emphasized that only members whose names appear on the Final List will be eligible to vote on Election Day, adding that no additions, deletions, or modifications will be made to the register after its publication.
Members of the Association have been urged to immediately verify their names on the Final List, which is available for inspection on the ECNBA official website, www.ecnba.org.ng
In compliance with the Nigerian Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and to prevent directory scraping, the publicly available list has been redacted to display only members’ names, Supreme Court Numbers (SCN), and Branch affiliations.
Telephone numbers and email addresses have been withheld to protect members from illegal database harvesting and spam.
The Committee further advised any member who believes that their name was wrongly omitted or that their details were incorrectly captured to contact the ECNBA via info@ecnba.org.ng without delay.
Reaffirming its commitment to a transparent, inclusive, and credible electoral process, the ECNBA stated that it remains dedicated to delivering credible 2026 NBA National Elections.

Aham Ejelam, SAN, Chairman, ECNBA 2026.
