It is with a heavy heart that I received the news of the unfortunate road accident involving members of the NBA Jos Branch Male Football Team while travelling to Port Harcourt.
On behalf of myself and my office, I commiserate with the Chairman, Executive Committee and the entire members of NBA Jos Branch over this distressing incident. While we are deeply saddened that some of our colleagues and players sustained injuries, including fractures, we give Almighty God all the glory that no life was lost.
At this difficult time, our thoughts and prayers are with the injured players and their families. We pray for their speedy and complete recovery and ask Almighty God to grant them strength, healing and comfort as they undergo treatment.
May God grant them quick recovery and prevent every further tragedy. Amen!
