The 24th Commonwealth Law Conference, hosted by the Commonwealth Lawyers Association, is taking place from April 6 to 10, 2025, at The Hilton Hotel and Conference Centre in Malta. The event featured a diverse range of sessions, including the session with Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN, as a panelist focusing on the regulation of the legal profession.
The NBA President shared insights on Nigeria’s experience with regulating the legal profession, highlighting the roles of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Body of Benchers in disciplining erring practitioners.
