Abdul Mohammed, SAN, to Propel NBA-AGC 2025 Breakout Session on “Set Forth at Dawn”

Senior Advocate of Nigeria Abdul Mohammed, FCIArb, SAN, will be among the distinguished panelists for the captivating breakout session titled “Set Forth at Dawn” on Monday, 25 August 2025, at the Annual General Conference of the Nigerian Bar Association in Enugu.

A celebrated legal luminary, Abdul Mohammed is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and currently serves as the Programming and Publicity Secretary of the Body of Senior Advocates of Nigeria (BOSAN).

He earned his LL.B (Second Class Upper) degree from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, and was called to the Bar in 2006. He subsequently deepened his expertise with a Master’s in Taxation in 2015, sharpening his acumen in fiscal law.

Since 2006, he has been a Partner at Madyan Legal Consult, where he represents leading institutions like Standard Chartered Bank and GTBank in high-stakes arbitration and commercial disputes.

In 2014, he was appointed as a Notary Public, and in recognition of his legal mastery, he was elevated to Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 2020. He also received the U.S. Congressional Award in 2015 for championing press freedom.

Drawing from a distinguished career in dispute resolution, corporate-commercial advisory, intellectual property, and election litigation, Abdul Mohammed brings both gravitas and fresh insight to the discourse on early action and strategic thinking.
