Dear Colleagues,
This is to notify members, of the passing of Mr. Julius Ioryem Atoba, beloved father of the third Vice President of the Association, Zainab Aminu Garba, Esq.
Mr. Atoba passed on peacefully in the evening of March 14th, 2026, leaving behind cherished memories of a life devoted to family, values, and service. His passing is a profound loss to his immediate family, friends, and all who were privileged to know him.
The NBA shares in the pain of the family and stands in solidarity with them during this difficult period.
Members will be notified of the burial arrangements at the appropriate time when released by the family.
May the soul of the departed rest in perfect peace.
