Instantly validate your SCN/EXM and confirm your record
Check your registration and payment status
Assist members who have paid but cannot locate their receipt
Guide Virtual → Physical attendance migration (where applicable)

Follow the guided prompts
If necessary, submit a brief complaint with your email for follow-up
