The workshop will be declared open by the President of the Court of Appeal, Hon. Justice Monica Dongbam-Mensem, CFR.
An array of distinguished speakers including a Justice of the Court of Appeal, Senior Advocates of Nigeria, Professors of Law and eminent experts in various aspects of election law have been assembled to discuss the innovations of the Electoral Act 2026 and other topical issues that would shapen the implementation of the new Electoral Act towards the delivery of credible elections in the year 2027 and the adjudication of cases arising from the conduct of the elections.
