We understand that some of our members who have registered for the upcoming Commonwealth Conference in Malta intend to apply for their visas through the Italian Embassy. To assist in securing visa appointments, the NBA is working to facilitate the process for interested members.

Passport Number
Contact Information
Proof of Registration for the Commonwealth Conference
Proposed Travel Itinerary
