Gombe Law Week 2026: A Bold Shift from Retribution to Reform

The Nigerian Bar Association, Gombe Branch, is set to ignite critical conversations on justice reform as it hosts a pivotal session during its 2026 Law Week.

Scheduled for 17th June 2026, this high-level discourse will interrogate the theme: “Administration of Criminal Justice Law: The Law of Reformation, Not Retribution.” The session aligns with the broader vision of strengthening justice through reforms and positioning lawyers as true agents of change.

Leading the conversation is renowned legal scholar Prof. M. T. Ladan, with robust contributions from distinguished discussants including Chief Caleb Ubale, Esq., Habu Abdu, Esq., and Musa Saidu, Esq.
