The Legal Education Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association has announced the 2026 edition of the NBA Legal Education Summit, scheduled to hold on Monday, May 25, 2026, at the NBA National Secretariat, Abuja.
The Summit, themed “Accelerating Legal Education Reform in Nigeria: Progress, Problems & Prospects,” is expected to convene key stakeholders from the Bar, academia, and the legal industry to engage in robust discussions on the future of legal education in Nigeria.
According to the Committee, the landmark gathering will provide a platform to critically examine the current state of legal education, identify existing challenges, and explore practical pathways for sustainable reform and advancement within the profession.
The event is billed to commence at 10:00 AM and is open to lawyers, academics, law students, regulators, and other stakeholders in the justice sector.
