Mr. Oluwaseun Mayomi Faleye (Lead Speaker)
Managing Director and CEO of the Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF), appointed in July 2024 by President Bola Tinubu. A seasoned legal and corporate finance expert, Faleye has pioneered reforms in social security, growing compliance contributions by 26% and streamlining compensation processes. His leadership is grounded in accountability, systemic reform, and worker protection.

Musa Abdul-Lateef
General Manager, Compliance, NSITF. With over 30 years of dedicated service, Musa has become a key figure in enforcement, compliance, and social security policy. An academic scholar with an MBA, MPhil, and ongoing PhD studies, his research centers on transformational leadership and sustainable workplace systems.

Mrs. Nkiru Ede-Ogunnaike, Esq. (mni)

Madu Kelechi Cynthia, Esq.
Lecturer and researcher at the University of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences, Umuagwo.
