Abuja, Nigeria – At the Federal Road Safety Corps 8th Annual Lecture held today at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa, Mazi Afam Osigwe, SAN, the President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), delivered a powerful message advocating for stronger legal frameworks and enhanced accountability in road safety.
