The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has announced an upcoming webinar titled “How the Legal Practitioners Remuneration Order 2023 Can Work in Practice: A Case for the Adoption of Technology.” The virtual session aims to explore how the newly implemented Legal Practitioners Remuneration Order (LPRO) can be effectively applied within the legal profession through the strategic use of technology.

According to the organisers, the discussion will address key concerns around the enforcement, compliance, and practical operation of the LPRO 2023, which seeks to standardise legal fees and improve the welfare of practitioners across Nigeria.
The session will also highlight how NBA Branches can leverage technology to ensure transparency, track compliance, and streamline remuneration processes in line with the provisions of the Order.
