NBA Remuneration Committee: Three(3) Non-Compliant NBA Branches Urged to Act Ahead of January Town Hall Meeting

The NBA Remuneration Committee has issued a final notice to all non-compliant Branches to urgently submit their Branch Resolutions on the enforcement mechanism for the Legal Practitioners’ Remuneration Order 2023, as preparations intensify for the uniform nationwide Town Hall Meeting scheduled for January.

The Committee emphasized that timely submission is critical to achieving a coordinated and effective Town Hall engagement, tailored to jurisdiction-specific realities, and to ensuring uniform enforcement of the Remuneration Order across the Bar.

Branches Yet to Comply:

1. NBA Nyanya

2. NBA Ilesa

3. NBA Kafanchan

1. All outstanding resolutions must be submitted on or before January 10th to👇remuneration@nigerianbar.org.ng. Urgent enquiries may be directed via WhatsApp only to 07044410025.

The Committee reiterated that swift compliance is indispensable to the success of the January Town Hall Meeting and the effective nationwide implementation of the Remuneration Order 2023.
