Borno Flooding: NBA Launches Relief Effort for Affected Lawyers

In response to the recent devastating floods in Borno State, the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) has swiftly moved to offer assistance to affected lawyers. NBA President, Mazi Afam Osigwe, has appointed Welfare Secretary Auta Nyanda and Assistant General Secretary Henry Barnabas Ehi to oversee the relief efforts in collaboration with the Chairman of the Maiduguri Branch.

President Osigwe emphasized the NBA’s commitment to supporting colleagues in need, stating, “We will mobilize all available resources to assist those affected by the floods.

Mr. Auta Nyanda and Mr. Henry Barnabas Ehi will work closely with the Maiduguri Branch leadership to ensure timely and effective relief distribution.”
